Parking lots are a great application for Ecoraster. It only takes a simple preparation and then it can be quickly installed year round and it looks great unfilled or filled. Ecoraster Permeable Pavement can be used to minimize water runoff to the environment allowing for some of the moisture to infiltrate the surface instead of having to be collected. If desired Ecoraster can be used as part of a greater stormwater management system that can potentially eliminate the need for storm water management ponds which can further increase the developable land in an area.
